Pasta with savoy cabbage and anchovies, ingredients for 2 people

  • 160g of spaghetti
  • 300g of savoy cabbage
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • Anchovies in oil to taste
  • Crushed chilli pepper to taste
  • 4 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil

How to make spaghetti with savoy cabbage and anchovies

Cut the savoy cabbage into strips, wash it and cook it in boiling water for about 15 minutes. Season with salt and add the spaghetti, leaving them to cook for the time indicated on the packet.

In the meantime, heat the extra-virgin olive oil in a frying pan with the crushed garlic clove, the crushed chilli pepper and the anchovies in oil.

Once the spaghetti are cooked, drain the pasta with savoy cabbage and toss it in the pan for a few minutes over high heat with the previously prepared sauce.

Serve the pasta with savoy cabbage and anchovies sprinkling it with a generous grinding of black pepper, a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of Calabrian pecorino cheese. Enjoy your meal!
