Which are the accepted payment methods?

The following payment methods are available: Credit Card, PayPal, Bank Transfer (IBAN Code: IT95J0542416201000001010697 to Commerciando S.R.L.) and Cash on Delivery (only for Italy and with a fixed rate of € 3,00).

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are free in Italy with a minimum order of € 69,00. For all other orders the cost is € 7,90. If you purchase from abroad, shipping is free with a minimum order of € 170,00, otherwise please consult Shipping and Payments. 

When will I receive my order?

Orders are generally delivered in 3-5 working days.

How do I track my order?

You will receive an email provided with a tracking link as soon as your order will be ready for shipping.

Do you sell authentic Calabrian products?

Certainly. We select only Calabrian producers that work exclusively in Calabria using local, genuine and quality raw materials.

How are meats and cheeses shipped?

Both are sent in vacuum seal to guarantee their quality and freshness. During the warmer seasons, we also use a thermal packaging in order to ensure the preservation of the products.

Is it possible to return an order?
