Flavoured salt

We recommend using Lemon from Rocca Imperiale PGI, whose unique and persistent aroma will add an extra touch to your recipes. Obviously only use the outer part of the peel, as the white part may be too bitter.

  • 4 tablespoons of salt
  • 1 Lemon from Rocca Imperiale PGI

How to make lemon flavoured salt

Using a potato peeler, peel the Lemon from Rocca Imperiale PGI, which you have previously washed and dried.

As mentioned, be careful to remove only the yellow part of the lemon peel and not the white part, which is bitter.

Now in a blender add the salt and the lemon peel, then turn it on and continue until the lemon flavoured salt has acquired the desired colour and above all the desired scent.
