Grilled caciocavallo cheese: the recipe
First, place a pan over medium heat until the heat is uniform over the entire surface. In the meantime, cut the caciocavallo cheese into slices about 2 cm thick.
Test the degree of heat by bringing your hand closer to the cooking surface, then transfer the slices of caciocavallo into the pan.
Put a couple at a time to have more comfort in handling them. When the first bubbles appear on the bottom and the cheese starts to melt, turn the slices. Once cooked, the surface of the caciocavallo cheese must be well browned. Enjoy your meal!
