Chicken nuggets in white wine

Chicken nuggets in white wine are delicate and quick to prepare, the perfect main course for young and old. It is an inexpensive and tasty dish that you can combine with your favourite side dish, such as potatoes and onions, grilled vegetables or a mixed salad.

Few ingredients are needed to prepare it, so I recommend using a good white wine, which will release all the flavours during cooking.

  • 800g of chicken breast
  • 4 tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil
  • Flour to taste
  • 250ml of white wine
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Vegetable stock to taste

How to make chicken nuggets in white wine

Clean the chicken breast by removing the central bone, the fat and the nerves, cut it into slices and then into chunks.

Peel the garlic, crush it and brown it in a pan with hot oil. Flour the chicken pieces, pour them into the pan and brown them on both sides.

Remove the garlic and add the white wine, turn up the heat and let the alcohol evaporate. Season with salt and pepper, add the rosemary sprig and cover with a lid. If the sauce shrinks too much during cooking, add a few tablespoons of vegetable stock.

Cook for 10 to 15 minutes over a low flame, then taste and adjust the salt. The chicken nuggets in white wine are ready, serve and enjoy immediately. Enjoy your meal!
