Soppressata is one of the most noble italian sausage because it is obtained by processing the leanest pork meat without nerves, ham and fillet, with the addition of the best lard coming from the front of the loin. Chopped coarsely grated and flavored with spicy chilli, the meat is stuffed into natural pork gut, pierced and tied by hand with natural twine. The white soppressata is made with no pepper and contains only natural flavors. Seasoning time 45/60 days. Gluten-free and without milk derivatives.
