Crafted with artisan care and obtained through the use of sourdough, the panettone of the Atelier del Dolce undergoes a slow leavening process. In this way, the dough acquires all the scents, nuances and most delicate aromas of the sourdough and the right degree of acidity.

High-quality raw materials such as butter, eggs, candied orange peel, citron and sultanas, and natural vanilla, lemon and orange flavours complete and harmonise the whole in a truly unique taste. No added preservatives, emulsifiers or colouring agents.

Ingredients: wheat flour, butter, egg yolk, mother yeast, water, raisins 16%, orange peel 15% candied fruit, 15% cedar peel, sugar, honey, orange paste (orange peel puree, syrup glucose, cane sugar), lemon paste (lemon peel puree, glucose syrup, cane sugar), salt, Madagascar vanilla. Contains allergens: gluten, milk, eggs. It may contain traces of nuts, soy and sulfur dioxide as a residue of candied orange
