Soppressata is one of the most noble italian sausage, made in Calabria, because it is obtained by processing the leanest pork meat without nerves, ham and fillet, with the addition of the best lard coming from the front of the loin. Chopped coarsely grated and flavored with sweet red pepper, the meat is stuffed into natural pork gut, pierced and tied by hand with natural twine. Seasoning time 45/60 days. Gluten-free and without milk derivatives.
