Spianata is a typical italian salami that takes its name from the particular flattened shape. The most tasty parts of the pork are carefully selected and ground with medium grain, then they are flavored with Calabrian chili pepper and black pepper. They are put in special grids to give it the characteristic flattened shape and they age for at least 40/50 days. This product is gluten-free and without milk derivatives.
