Sausage is the one most popular italian cured meat and it is obtained from the shoulder and pork belly. The pork meat is minced, kneaded and flavoured with sweet red pepper, then it is stuffed into natural gut that gives it the characteristic horseshoe shape. The seasoning process takes place in environments with controlled humidity and temperatures and it lasts for 30 days. This product is gluten-free and without milk derivatives.
