The anchovies fished in the Mediterranean Sea, carefully selected by Cristaudo Luigi SRL to be introduced in the various production cycles and handcrafted according to an ancient tradition, are salted and seasoned with Calabrian hot chilli pepper. Particularly suitable for pizza, canapés, croutons, appetizers but also in sauces and condiments.
