Salumificio Fratelli Pulice produces typical Calabrian cured meats with skilful craftsmanship since four generations.
The soppressata is one the finest salami in the Calabrese gastronomic panorama. The mixture of minced meat is cut from the ham and from the loin of the pigs, with the addition of first-quality pancetta that gives it its softness.
Gluten-free and without milk derivatives, the soppressata is flavored with Calabrese chili pepper, from which derives its intense and decisive flavour, then it is stuffed into natural pork intestines, pierced and finally tied by hand with natural twine.
The soppressata comes in three variants: spicy, sweet and white.
