Pecorino Cheese with Walnuts - Caseificio Stirparo
Pecorino cheese with walnuts is another leading product of the Stirparo Dairy. This is a matured sheep's milk cheese, to which walnuts are added, in order to give a special flavor to the classic pecorino. Once the working process has been carried out, the pecorino with walnuts is left to mature for about a month.
From the studies carried out and from the consulted reading the average life of the product is 6 months at a temperature between 0/8 ° C, during this period the product maintains its organoleptic and microbiological characteristics stable, even if they are kept stable for a longer period, at least up to 8 months.
