Natural Millefiori Honey - Azienda Agricola Pagliaro
The millefiori honey (literally "one thousand flowers" honey) produced in Calabria by Azienda Agricola Pagliaro comes from plants and spontaneous flora of the hills of Catanzaro. It is defined by an amber color and a sweet taste that can be more or less intense. It tends to crystallize some months after its collection and its color varies from beige to opaque white.
From the nutritional point of view it is the most complete honey because it derives from nectars and pollen coming from many blooms. It has many uses: a teaspoon of millefiori honey in coffee or milk, on toasted bread, but also in natural yoghurt. It can also be used on cheeses, ice cream, fruit salads and to prepare biscuits and cakes.
