Liver sausage is a niche product that is disappearing from the Calabrian gastronomic panorama. It is made from the pork shoulder with the addition of the finest pancetta and the right amounts of liver.
Ingredients: pork meat, pork liver 30%, salt, spices, seasonings, dextrose, sucrose and preservatives. Antioxidant: E300. Preservative: E252
