Crafted with artisan care and obtained through the use of sourdough, the panettone of the Atelier del Dolce undergoes a slow leavening process. In this way, the dough acquires all the scents, nuances and most delicate aromas of the sourdough and the right degree of acidity.
High-quality raw materials such as butter, eggs, natural vanilla, lemon and orange flavouring complete and harmonise the taste. No added preservatives, emulsifiers or colouring agents.
