Fileja of Tropea 500 g - Pasta Soldano
The fileja is a pasta typical of the Calabrian province of Vibo Valentia. Its elongated and curved shape is conferred by a particular manufacturing process.
It is served with fresh tomato sauce, grated pecorino cheese and a good Calabrian hot pepper. Alternatively, it is also excellent with the famous nduja of Spilinga.
