Calabrian Black Pork pancetta 250g - Salumificio Agrota
Black pork pancetta is one of the most widely used cured meats in Calabrian cuisine. Obtained from the lower underbelly of pigs, it is presented in alternating layers of fat and lean meat. The pancetta is flavoured with red pepper and can be either stretched, cut into rectangular shapes, or rolled, skinned and wrapped in gut. It then undergoes a slow maturation process.
