Since 1967, at the foot of chestnut trees and majestic fir trees of the Sila Plateau where the air is fresh and pure, the Salumificio Menotti was built. With a great entrepreneurial spirit, Menotti Caligiuri undertook a difficult challenge: to continue the unique Calabrian artisanal workmanship and bring his cured meats to the tables of many Italian families. The meat, coming from selected farms, is flavored only with local aromatic ingredients such as certified Calabrian chili, and then stuffed into natural gut tied by hand with string. Salumificio Menotti takes extra care of inquiries related to food intolerances. All products are gluten-free and without milk derivatives.
