Caseificio Paese

Caseificio Artigianale Paese, a company specialized in the production of traditional cheeses of the Sila plateau, was born from a strong passion for food production and a love for the tradition of the region of Calabria.

The milk used by Caseificio Paese is produced in a nearby cowshed where cows live in natural conditions and are fed with fresh grass. All processing phases, from spinning to forming, are done following traditional and artisanal method under health law.

The cheese factory is also equipped with a glass window that allows anyone to observe from the outside and see the real natural and artisanal processing of the products, which, thanks to the care and attention of the breeders, has the highest quality.
