Azienda Ruffolo

The Azienda Ruffolo was founded in 1987 in Bocchigliero (Sila), by the entrepreneurial spirit of Francesco Ruffolo.

It is the desire to make the most of the fertile soil and the richness of the water of the plateau on which the company is located, which drives him to start a new adventure in the production of dairy products faithful to the local tradition.

The aim of the company is to bring to the tables of its customers, every day, the intense taste of the South, a taste for demanding palates.
