Azienda agricola Mediterra

The Mediterra farm was founded on the slopes of the Sila (side of Catanzaro) by Andrea and Katia: siblings who share a love of nature, the land and agriculture.

Mediterra deals with the production of Cardoncelli mushrooms, in a completely natural way and without any chemical treatment. Cardoncello is a mushroom appreciated for its compact and fleshy consistency, which makes it very versatile in cooking and ideal for many recipes.
