Sea bream baked in foil with potatoes

Sea bream baked in foil with potatoes: ingredients for 4 people

  • 1 sea bream of 600 g
  • 1 sprig of parsely
  • 150 g of potatoes
  • 120 g of cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 slices of lemon
  • EVO oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Oregano

Sea bream baked in foil with potatoes: the recipe

To prepare the sea bream baked in foil, cut the potatoes into slices about 2 mm thick, then cut the cherry tomatoes in half.

Cover a baking tray with a sheet of foil a little more than twice the length of the tray and baking paper.

Pour a little oil on the baking paper, spread the potatoes, season with salt, pepper and oregano, then add the sea bream, the cherry tomatoes and garlic.

After stuffing the fish with the lemon slices, season with salt, pepper, oregano, chopped parsley and oil. At this point, close both the baking paper and the foil. Bake in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees, take out of the oven and serve with a squeeze of lemon. Enjoy your meal!
