Salad with Carnaroli Rice

The carnaroli rice salad is prepared by combining the best typical Calabrian products, starting from the base prepared with Sibari plain rice.

  • 320 g of Carnaroli rice from Sibari plain of Calabria
  • 50 g of crushed green olives
  • 50 g fresh provola cheese
  • 50 g of fresh goat cheese
  • 50 g of calabrese seasoned filone

How to prepare salad with carnaroli rice

Start to cook the carnaroli rice from Sibari plain in a pot, with salted water, for 10 minutes, then drain it and let it cool, distributing it on a dish.

At this point, you can mix the other ingredients, roughly cut.

The traditional Calabrian recipe proposed, is prepared with fresh provola silana, fresh goat cheese, calabrese seasoned filone and crushed green olives.
