How to cook spaghetti with shrimps and zucchini
The recipe for cooking pasta with shrimp and zucchini is quick and easy. A fresh and delicate seasoning to flavour spaghetti and create a first course suitable for an evening with friends or a dinner for two.
Ingredients for 4 peole
- 400 g of spaghetti
- 24 shrimp tails
- 2 zucchini
- 20 g of butter
- 1 shot of brandy
- 1 garlic clove
- EVO oil
- Black pepper
- Chili to taste
Spaghetti with shrimps and zucchini
To make the pasta with shrimps and zucchini peel the two zucchini then cut them in half lengthwise and then into oblique slices. Keep them aside. In a saucepan, heat the butter and a little oil, then quickly fry the shrimps already cleaned and carved in the back. Smoke with the brandy, let it evaporate and transfer them to a plate.
In the same cooking liquid add the garlic and brown it for a few minutes with the zucchini. Season with salt, pepper and add chili to taste.
Cook the spaghetti, drain them al dente and transfer them to the pan with the zucchini. Add the shrimps and stir until the seasoning is perfectly distributed. The dish is ready, enjoy your meal! We suggest to taste this pasta with a white wine with a fruity and aromatic taste.
