Pecorino cheese made by Stirparo Dairy is a cheese that is produced with quality ingredients and controlled sheep's milk. This type of pecorino is a fat cheese obtained from whole sheep's milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt. After being produced using semi-hard dough, the cheese is left to age for some time in order to obtain the color and hardness of the classic aged pecorino.
