Authentic PDO liquorice liqueur of Calabria. The ancestral method of boiling helps to pull the roots which are subsequently squeezed. Separately an alcohol infusion with roots reduced to chunks is prepared. Alcohol content and maturation time of the infusion may vary from time to time.
